OCS is pleased to announce the appointment of Anand Kumar Jajoo as Regional Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Anand brings over 25 years of rich and diverse experience across finance leadership, commercial operations, taxation, governance<\/a>, legal, financial reporting and company secretarial matters.<\/p>\n

In his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer at OCS India and OCS Malaysia, Anand<\/a> has consistently driven business growth, profitability, cash flow improvements, and operational excellence across diverse business units. In the last 6 months, he has already been a valuable business partner in the region. Anand is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India & ICAEW, UK) with deep expertise in M&A, strategic financial planning, audit and compliance, ERP implementations, and large-scale operational turnarounds.<\/p>\n

With his proven track record and credibility earned over the last 12 years at OCS, Anand is well-positioned to drive financial stewardship and sustainable growth across our regional operations.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
