Meet Nina Arsih, a dedicated leader, mentor, and mother. At 45, she balances her career with family life, raising her 12-year-old son, Mike, alongside her husband of nearly 20 years.<\/p>\n

Nina\u2019s professional journey began in the hospitality industry in 1998 as a housekeeping attendant. She worked her way up, gaining invaluable experience in service and operations. In 2007, she transitioned into facility management as a secretary to the Vice President of Operations. Bringing her expertise from hospitality, she quickly grew within the company, and by 2011, she became Sales Administration Manager, marking her first leadership role, managing a team of 4\u20136 people.<\/p>\n

Her dedication and excellence were recognised early\u2014she received her first Service Excellence Award in 2010. Over the years, she took on greater responsibilities, leading commercial proposals and sales administration. Her journey continued as she became Head of Commercial Excellence, overseeing critical business functions. In 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she embraced a new challenge and joined OCS<\/a>, continuing her impactful career.<\/p>\n

The Power of Women in Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For Nina, being a woman in leadership is about leading by example and uplifting others. She supervises and mentors women in her team and extends her support to women across the organisation.<\/p>\n

Her leadership style is approachable and nurturing. She fosters an open environment where people can speak freely, share their challenges, and feel supported, regardless of their role. Whether it\u2019s her direct team or a cleaner in the office, Nina believes in breaking down barriers and treating everyone with respect and kindness.<\/p>\n

Her Advice for Aspiring Women Leaders<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“Be yourself. Don\u2019t be afraid of change. As women, when we find ourselves in male-dominated environments, we may feel small\u2014but we are not. Believe in yourself, work hard, and always invest in your personal growth. Keep learning!”<\/em><\/p>\n
