Since initiating our journey toward digitalisation and innovation in 2021, we at OCS Indonesia<\/a> have not only embraced advanced digital platforms and technologies. We also prioritised something even more critical, including robust master data standardisation, comprehensive taxonomy, and streamlined business processes.<\/p>\n

Our transformation is built on eliminating redundant and manual tasks\u2014from digital time and attendance covering all colleagues, HRIS integrations, payroll processing enhanced by a kaizen-driven cycle, digital job order costing sheets, and customer contract management, all seamlessly integrated from ERP to EPM, culminating in insightful digital KPI dashboards.<\/p>\n

One key achievement of our transformation has been our ability to deliver the first operational financial draft by Day 1, within less than 24 hours, and close our financials completely by Day 3. This remarkable efficiency results from meticulous data standardisation, automation of financial processes, and real-time integration across all operational platforms, enabling swift and accurate decision-making.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Last week, we proudly welcomed the OCS<\/a> Group and Regional APAC & ME leadership teams to our Jakarta head office.
