The programme examines how leadership decisions translate into consistent on-site execution, including service performance, asset reliability, workplace experience, wellbeing and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>FM Indonesia Forum 2026 also marks the official introduction of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) to Indonesia and the first IFMA-supported forum in the country.
