Sebagai Key Account Lead, ia terpilih di antara puluhan manager di seluruh organisasi berkat kontribusinya dalam mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis, mengembangkan tim, dan menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun bagi Kurniawan, kepemimpinan tidak semata diukur dari penghargaan atau jabatan yang diraih. Baginya, kesuksesan seorang pemimpin tercermin dari seberapa banyak orang yang berhasil ia bantu untuk belajar, berkembang, dan melangkah lebih jauh dalam perjalanan karier mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak bergabung dengan OCS Indonesia pada awal 2023, Kurniawan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis yang berkelanjutan dibangun melalui kepercayaan, kolaborasi, dan investasi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Simak perjalanan karier Kurniawan dan pandangannya terhadap arti kepemimpinan yang sesungguhnya.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Keahlian teknik yang mengantarkan pada kepemimpinan strategis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lulusan teknik mesin ini memulai kariernya di bidang <em>engineering<\/em> sebelum beralih ke industri manajemen fasilitas (FM) lebih dari satu dekade lalu. Berbekal keahlian teknis di bidang <em>mechanical<\/em> dan <em>engineering services<\/em>, kariernya terus berkembang hingga dipercaya memimpin berbagai <em>account<\/em> strategis di sektor <a href=\"https:\/\/ocs.com\/id\/sectors\/manufaktur\/?lang=id\">manufaktur<\/a> otomotif, <em>data centre<\/em>, dan <em>energy &amp; resources<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun latar belakang teknik membantunya memahami aspek operasional dan teknis bisnis, Kurniawan meyakini bahwa inti dari kepemimpinan selalu berkaitan dengan manusia.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, kemampuan berempati dan berkomunikasi merupakan fondasi penting bagi seorang pemimpin. Pendekatan ini memperkuat kepercayaan pelanggan, sekaligus meningkatkan layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berubah.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip yang sama juga ia tanamkan kepada tim garda depan yang bertugas di lapangan.
