Apprenticeships, coaching, and competency assessments help colleagues apply what they learn, while Green Skills connect daily work with resource efficiency and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n

At Goodyear Indonesia, colleagues have committed to two-hour learning sessions after their working day. Their participation demonstrates the effort people are prepared to invest in their futures when learning is accessible and relevant to their work. Our responsibility is to help translate that effort into recognised capability and opportunities to progress.<\/p>\n
