Nearly 300 colleagues participated, reflecting the scale of our operations and the collective commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<h3>Recognising the Progress Made in 2025<\/h3>\n<p>Teams across India delivered consistently for customers throughout 2025, particularly in environments where reliability and precision are essential. This progress was achieved through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthened operational foundations<\/li>\n<li>Closer customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Continued development of colleague capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These efforts have contributed to more stable delivery and higher standards across sites and sectors.<\/p>\n<h3>Shared Priorities for 2026<\/h3>\n<p>The sessions at Evolve 2026 outlined the key areas of focus for the year. These include <strong>improving standardisation across regions, strengthening frontline performance, and embedding best practice in daily operations<\/strong>. The emphasis remains on delivering safe, consistent, and reliable services for customers.<\/p>\n<p>We were joined in person by members of the <strong>APAC &amp; ME Leadership Team<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ocs.com\/in\/team-members\/roland-salameh\/\">Roland Salameh<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ocs.com\/in\/team-members\/ryme-dembri\/\">Ryme Dembri<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ocs.com\/in\/team-members\/jun-sochi\/\">Jun Sochi<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/ocs.com\/team-members\/anand-kumar-jajoo\/\">Anand Jajoo<\/a>.
