Cambodia\u2019s FM landscape presents diverse operating realities: fast\u2011expanding construction, fluctuating footfall in malls and mixed\u2011use sites, multilingual teams, and varied risk profiles across offices, factories, hospitality assets, logistics hubs and campus\u2011style environments.
