Mobilisation covered four campuses, 24 buildings, and more than 39,000 square metres of space.     Wintec required a seamless transition from the outgoing provider while maintaining consistent standards across its campuses. The challenge was to stabilise services, improve communication, and support regular event cleans \u2013 often at short notice.<\/p>\n

    OCS was engaged to:<\/p>\n

    • Maintain day-to-day cleaning and presentation across 24+ buildings.<\/li>\n
    • Provide responsive event cleans with flexible after-hours coverage.<\/li>\n
    • Replace complex, generic specifications with clear, building-specific schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
