OCS Group (NZ) Ltd is excited to announce the acquisition of 1M, a leading commercial and infrastructure air conditioning mechanical services company.<\/p>\n

Gareth Marriott, OCS ANZ Managing Director, says OCS has been strategically expanding its facilities maintenance and management capability and the acquisition of 1M allows for an immediate and significant scale up of its technical service capabilities.<\/p>\n

“The expertise that 1M bring, particularly in providing comprehensive end to end HVAC lifecycle capability, will benefit our OCS customers, allowing for a greater breadth and depth of services across our integrated facilities management delivery.”<\/p>\n

Mr Marriott says 1M is also renowned for their expert team and specialist technical capabilities, servicing a strong customer base across a broad range of industry sectors.<\/p>\n

“At our very core, we’re both privately-owned people businesses founded on family values who want the best for our teams, our supply partners, and of course, our customers.<\/p>\n

“It’s these intrinsic values that will benefit our businesses and customers moving forward.<\/p>\n

“I look forward to 1M\u2019s 120 strong team joining OCS’ team of more than 3,500 across New Zealand.”<\/p>\n

Peter Barnard at 1M, says the experience and depth of expertise across both companies will provide obvious benefits for the 1M customers and team members.<\/p>\n
