Chalani\u2019s story highlights how an outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude can help you immensely when it comes to reaching your goals \u2013 and beyond!<\/p>\n

Chalani arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand from her native Sri Lanka back in 2016 to study for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.<\/p>\n

She began her career with OCS while a student, starting as a cleaner at WestCity Waitakere. Her hard work and commitment saw her progress rapidly, fulfilling a Key Account Support role, then to Contract Supervisor, then Contract Manager. Now, Chalani is one of our superstar Operations Managers in Auckland CBD.<\/p>\n

In Chalani\u2019s words:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve worked very hard, but my journey with OCS wouldn\u2019t be as successful as it has been if it wasn\u2019t for all the support I have received from them along the way.<\/p>\n

\u201cOCS has invested a lot of time and effort into me, and I will always be very thankful for that, especially as an immigrant. I want to continue learning and challenging myself. I\u2019m really excited to continue my journey with OCS.\u201d<\/p>\n
