We are the first company in the world to implement all eight Esker modules at once \u2013 making processes faster, simpler, and more accurate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re continuing our push towards smarter, more sustainable ways of operating that improve outcomes for OCS\u2019s hundreds of New Zealand customers,\u201d says OCS Australia &amp; New Zealand Finance Director Debby Wong.<\/p>\n<p>For customers, the change means fewer errors, faster invoicing, and more responsive reporting. By removing unnecessary paperwork and manual steps, we can turn around approvals more quickly and ensure payments flow smoothly. It also frees up our finance and administrative teams to focus on value-adding work \u2013 like providing tailored information or resolving queries without delay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re working with AI to support our people, not replace them,\u201d says Debby. \u201cWe have talented people at OCS, and incorporating AI gives them time to focus on work that makes a difference.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The transformation began in 2023 with the goal of automating accounts payable. After staff training in 2024, the first modules went live \u2014 with supplier contract management and expense management now in place, and the remaining systems scheduled to follow by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Irene Direnko-Smith, Head of Process Automation at Fujifilm Business Innovation, says: \u201cOCS New Zealand\u2019s bold move to adopt the full Esker suite in one go is a standout example of digital transformation at scale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy embracing AI-powered automation across their finance operations, OCS is not only streamlining processes but also empowering their people to focus on more strategic, value-adding work.
