The award was ultimately presented to Stephen Morgan.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A leader who makes a difference<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since stepping up into the role of finance director at OCS in 2017, Debby has reshaped the finance function into a strategic engine that supports growth, ESG accountability, and people development. Her work has also had a direct impact on customer outcomes \u2013 embedding real-time data tools and stronger contract governance so frontline managers can deliver consistently for hospitals, airports, and government sites.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Under her leadership, OCS ANZ has:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieved five-fold revenue growth with consistent cash collection above 100% of target.<\/li>\n<li>Integrated ESG principles into procurement and capital planning, contributing to a 40%+ emissions reduction since 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Led transformation projects including Esker automation, SAP migration, and Power BI dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Overseen the integration of 1M, doubling EBITDA margins within two years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She has also built a finance team recognised for its professionalism and resilience \u2013 35 colleagues who now provide scalable, future-ready support across New Zealand and Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recognised by peers and colleagues<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gareth Marriott, Managing Director of OCS ANZ, said Debby\u2019s recognition reflects her unique contribution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDebby is the rare CFO who balances rigour with empathy.
