Roland Salameh, CEO of OCS APAC & Middle East, recently embodied this principle by taking part in our \u201cBack to the Floor\u201d initiative, working alongside frontline teams at key client sites across Singapore.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative bridges the gap between leadership and operations, offering firsthand insight into the challenges and realities of frontline roles. Roland spent the day with our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) professionals, engaging in hands-on tasks and witnessing the dedication, precision, and professionalism that define our service delivery.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From high-security financial institutions to dynamic corporate offices, Roland observed how our tailored cleaning services address the specific demands of each environment.\u202fWithin banking facilities, maintaining cleanliness plays a dual role; ensuring hygiene while safeguarding confidentiality. Meanwhile, corporate workplaces benefit from the polished, professional settings our teams uphold, which contribute to employee well-being and boost overall productivity.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At healthcare sites, Roland saw the critical role pest management plays in maintaining safe, sterile conditions; essential for protecting patient health and supporting clinical operations. Our Pest teams combine traditional methods with smart building technologies, such as IoT, to ensure hospitals remain safe and compliant.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

He also joined our landscaping and grounds maintenance teams, where he explored one of our standout features: a thriving herb garden. More than just a green space, the garden exemplifies how thoughtful landscaping can promote sustainability, wellness, and community engagement. Herbs like fresh mint, curry leaves, and chili are freely available to the public, encouraging people to add a fresh touch to their meals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
