The Brief<\/h2>\n

Edinburgh Royal Infirmary is one of Scotland\u2019s busiest acute hospitals. It provides vital, life-saving care to patients across the region and is central to delivering specialist services, including renal and critical care.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n

The Outcome<\/h2>\n

The existing areas were fully stripped out while essential MEP services remained live. Works included civil and structural alterations, new partitions, fire compartment upgrades and full MEP installations, including heating, cooling, drainage, ventilation, power, fire alarms, medical gases, and RO water systems.<\/p>\n

All works complied with SHTMs, British Standards, and NHS specifications. OCS collaborates closely with the Edinburgh Royals Infection Control Team to maintain hygiene and safety throughout.<\/p>\n

OCS delivered 58 fully compliant, operational beds without disrupting hospital services. The project enhanced capacity and resilience within one of Scotland\u2019s key healthcare facilities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
