This award recognises our consistently delivered service and sustainable partnership with our customer and other facility management providers on-site. The OCS team at Royal Papworth successfully navigated a rigorous review process in 2023, ensuring continued excellence in service without disruption.<\/p>\n<p>The win acknowledges the challenges posed by the demanding contract, which subject to heightened scrutiny. OCS, together with industry partners, worked closely with the Trust to manage the contract, implementing robust reporting and compliance while valuing and prioritising partnership. Positive patient and employee feedback has demonstrated the effectiveness of this collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboratively, the teams established the Team Royal Papworth Hospital Charter and a Joint Efficiency Group, addressing recurring challenges and enabling continuous improvement.
