A core part of our TRUE Values<\/a><\/span> — <\/span>Trust, Respect, <\/span>Unity<\/span> and Empowerment<\/span> — <\/span>is creating a safe and vibrant space for the diverse lives of colleagues and that <\/span>task <\/span>takes every aspect of our TRUE Values to achieve. This June for Pride Month, we are proud to <\/span>celebrate<\/span> our colleagues who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TRUE Pride Week: A Celebration of Values<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our celebration, we are kicking off the last week of June as \u201cTRUE Pride Week\u201d where we will be hosting activities, workshops and events to celebrate pride, with each day of the week reflecting a different value culminating in a day of fun and celebration.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

The Fellowship Framework: Supporting Colleagues<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our commitment to inclusion, we\u2019re introducing the Fellowship Framework through our CHROMA<\/a> Network. This initiative aims to assist colleagues in their coming-out journey within the business. It is run through a buddy-up system which ensures no one faces this process alone. Whether sharing experiences, providing guidance, or simply being there, we\u2019re here to support each other.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
