OCS has formally completed the acquisition of EMCOR UK from EMCOR Group Inc.<\/a>, bringing together two of the UK\u2019s largest hard services<\/a>-led facilities services businesses. The combined organisation brings significant engineering depth, strong national\u00a0coverage\u00a0and a shared commitment to safe, high-quality service for customers across complex and critical environments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Building a Stronger UK Technical and Engineering Platform<\/h3>\n

The acquisition follows the purchase of FES FM<\/a> and FES Support Services in 2024, further strengthening OCS\u2019s capability in the UK hard services market. The combined division will include more than 7,000 engineers and annual revenues of more than \u00a31 billion. This scale supports customers\u00a0operating\u00a0in highly regulated sectors, where resilience, compliance and performance are\u00a0critical.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
