William\u2019s route into facilities management<\/a> was not planned. He started his career in retail and pharmacy, progressing into management roles. University did not feel like the right environment, and in his early career, he moved between roles while trying to find a place where he fit. Around the age of 21, he was diagnosed with autism, which helped him better understand how he works and what environments suit him. He is now approaching five years with OCS, the longest he has stayed in one organisation.
