Mohamad Abou Laban, has spent more than two decades in Facilities Management in the Gulf Region, in particular between the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He joined OCS in January 2024.
Mohamad is a Facilities Management Advocate and Mentor, with vast experience in business development, operations management, and business restructuring. Known for his strategic vision and customer-focused approach, Mohamad has significantly grown territories and opportunities, aligning closely with corporate objectives for sustained growth and profitability.
His career highlights include prestigious recognitions such as CEO of the Year 2021 by CBNME, FM Executive of the Year 2021 by FM ME Awards, and Visionary Leader of the Year 2022.
Mohamad’s recent roles includes CEO at Deyaar Facilities Management, where he notably doubled revenue in 4 years and led a successful business transformation. Mohamad was General Manager for b.fm in UAE, and Cushman & Wakefield in Saudi Arabia.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Mohamad is a fitness fanatic and a loving father for Khalil Malek and Baby Rein “Although she is nearly nine”.
