Fadi started his career as a hospitality professional in the United States. His successful journey placed him into leadership roles overseeing mega international 5-star mixed-use projects. In 2007 Fadi transitioned to the Middle Eastern region where he occupied senior level Facilities Management roles in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and Egypt.

Fadi is a recognized expert in Facilities Management organizational development, transformation, O&M, digital integration, and performance management and a subject matter expert on PPP & BOT mega projects from the design stage, projects management to the end stage of administering the Facilities Management operations.
