The Customer

One of Ireland’s leading providers of dental care, open 364 days a year, with practices across Ireland. The customer, which began operations in 2005 in Dublin, has grown to 26 clinics nationwide. Our customer is part of a larger health provider and stands out for its extended opening hours, transparent pricing, and comprehensive dental services ranging from routine exams to oral surgery and orthodontics.

The Challenge

We commenced our Cleaning Services contract with our customer in November 2021, which encompassed 26 clinics nationwide. Our challenge lay in providing consistent, high-quality clinical cleaning services across all locations, while taking into consideration the customers’ unique extended operating hours from 8 am to 8 pm and with many clinics in regional locations.

The Solution

We devised a comprehensive solution, tailored to meet the customers’ specific needs. We implemented a standardised cleaning schedule for all 26 clinics, undertaking cleaning activities during non-operational hours to meet our customers extended opening hours.

We rolled out our award-winning IMPACT Cleaning Training Programme across the contract. This ensured that all colleagues understood the industry leading standards expected from them, while the introduction of our mobile auditing software enables real-time audits, ensuring transparency and immediate corrective action when needed. As standard, we ensure that all audits are shared with the client to maintain accountability.

Building strong relationships with site representatives and ensuring open communication has been crucial. Our customised audit plans and visitation schedules have been developed in collaboration with site representatives to align expectations and standards.

The Outcome

Our partnership approach with our customer on this contract has yielded positive outcomes:
