This strategic partnership aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by equipping students with real-world skills in Data Centre critical facility management operations.

India’s Data Centre capacity has surged over the past five years, mirroring the country’s rapid digital transformation. This rapid growth has created a rising demand for skilled talent in critical areas of MEP and Fire Safety systems.

Today there is a gap between demand and supply of skilled and trained resources, leading to difficulty in sourcing trained professionals for Data Centre industry.

To address this need OCS India has taken up the responsibility of establishing a training ecosystem that will create a sustainable pipeline of certified professionals ready to take up roles in the Data Centre industry.

About The Data Centre Training Program

This initiative is aligned with the Government of India’s Skill India Mission. The Skill India Mission initiative aims to upskill millions of Indians by 2025 and equip aspirants with industry-relevant skills for the evolving workforce

OCS structured training programme in association with Don Bosco ITI will be a comprehensive three-month training  programme as follows –

• Two months of classroom sessions on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Safety (MEPF), and Data Centre operations.
• One month of hands-on training in a simulated Data Centre environment
• Students receive a Certificate of Advancement and Job Training on completion.
