The Angel Hill Market

To adapt to a changing workplace and hybrid working, we offer a self-service retail space that can be fully customised to a client’s space and requirements. Bridging the gap between vending and a fully manned catering facility, our Angel Hill Market offers a range of foods from sandwiches, salads, healthy food options, grazing options, treats and hot and cold drinks. This service provides seamless access to grab and go treats, snacks and beverages allowing for access to nourishing and tasty refreshment 24/7 for busy workplaces.

We have proven customer satisfaction through digital menus and online ordering and work with our design partners, RDA, to create bespoke, scalable solutions for any size site. The food offer is adapted from a wide range of options that will suit employees from offices, through to logistics and manufacturing locations.

From live theatre cooking to street food-inspired stations, traditional roasts and of course breakfast, we serve delicious, seasonal, sustainable food in some of the biggest and busiest locations in the country, adapting our service to meet the changing demands of the workforce. 24-7 operations can be particularly challenging and we have efficient service solutions such as our pre-order pods, that keep your teams fuelled and costs down.

In primary, secondary and further education there are challenges unique to the education environment that need careful consideration. With a focus on the wellbeing of children and young adults, Academy has a proven track record in exceeding pupil, staff and visitor expectations across Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Further Education, Higher Education, Academies and Independent Schools.

Our Chef Development and Nutrition teams create modern and exciting menus which are served by skilled, caring professionals. We champion school compliant menus which provide great value for money, while meeting the students’ wellbeing needs and encouraging them to remain onsite during breaks.

Our chefs have been behind some incredible, delicious dishes served at highly attended and high profile events. From the 2014 Commonwealth Games wrap party, the Mercury Music Awards to Eastenders 25th anniversary party, Angel Hill have been there to provide event worthy food.

We take your events seriously, whether it is an intimate dining experience or feeding thousands of festival goers each menu is carefully created and delivered by our chefs and teams. We can work with you to develop an original, great-tasting menu to fit any event and any budget.

Angel Hill + ESG

Waste Oil: We are committed to recycling our waste cooking oil into biodiesel. In 2022 we recycled over 17910 litres of used and waste cooking oil or 15.7 tonnes in our sites, which provided a carbon saving of the equivalent of 152 family cars CO2 emissions being taken off the road and released into the atmosphere.

Angel Hill + Technology

We use one of the market leaders, Dynamify, for our self-service payment points within our retail units. Their self-service payment points are easy to use and fully customisable for each site. In addition to scan and go payment, we use Dynamify where we have a kitchen on site for pre order foods, linked back to the pods or other collection points.
