Since 2022, OCS has provided integrated cleaning, security, and office support services across 42 sites for five business entities of the company. More than 1,400 OCS colleagues support operations in over ten provinces, spanning Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, and Bali.

The Brief: Providing Reliable, Compliant Facility Services Nationwide

The customer required a facilities management partner capable of maintaining consistent service standards across a vast geographical footprint, while upholding compliance with internal audits, supplier assessments, and external community expectations. 

Key challenges included: 

  • Business interruptions from local community or NGO activity near operational sites 
  • Extensive internal and external audits with strict documentation requirements 
  • Mandatory EcoVadis supplier sustainability assessments and scoring 
  • Limited number of FM providers capable of delivering consistent nationwide coverage

    • Formed a special task force and appointed an experienced industrial relations officer to engage with local communities and mediate potential disruptions. 
  • Audit and Documentation Readiness 
    • Maintained well-organised documentation and operational processes certified under ISO 9001:2015, fully aligned with customer’s internal audit and reporting standards. 
  • Compliance Assurance 
    • Ensured full adherence to national regulations, labour standards, and customer’s supplier code of conduct. 
  • Regional Coverage Model 
    • Leveraged OCS’s branch network; East, West, and Metro (The Greater Jakarta), to manage service quality and responsiveness across all provinces.
