In facilities management, many people take their first step into the workforce through roles that build practical skills and offer stable, purposeful employment. Yet access to these opportunities is not equal for everyone.
The MoU between OCS Indonesia and Steps, signed on 27 November by our Managing Director Yohanes Jeffry Johary and Steps’ Founder and CEO Max Simpson, sets out our shared commitment to building an inclusive and neuroinclusive workplace.
The partnership focuses on the first phase of organisational readiness, helping us prepare our structure, systems and methods to ensure that our teams are equipped to welcome and support colleagues who are neurodivergent and disabled. This creates pathways into meaningful work that supports families, builds confidence and strengthens long-term mobility.
Shared today, on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the partnership continues the progress already underway at OCS Indonesia. It also reinforces our aim to develop teams that better reflect the wider community and to create an environment where everyone feels assured about their future.
