Today, on World FM Day, we’re grateful to have participated in World Workplace Asia-Pacific 2026 in Hong Kong, organised by IFMA and The Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA on 6 – 7 May. OCS Indonesia‘s Executive Committee members and dozens of selected colleagues joined both in person and online.
In his keynote speech, “Beyond Resilience: Building Presilient® Workplaces through Regenerative Facility Management,” our Managing Director, Yohanes Jeffry Johary explored how facilities management strengthens people, workplaces, and communities through daily operational practices that build long-term capability and adaptability.
As we celebrate World FM Day 2026 and this year’s theme, “FM: Cultivating Belonging through Built Environments“, OCS Indonesia continues advancing these principles through:
- Launching our Sustainability Report as the first FM company in Indonesia to publish one since 2024.
- Embedding green skills, circular economy, and character development into vocational education through the VOCIFY Green Apprenticeship Programme.
- Partnering with Steps to help prepare inclusive and accessible workplaces across our offices nationwide.
- Strengthening responsible business practices through operational compliance and governance.
- Supporting safer environments through Enterprise Security Solutions delivered in collaboration with the Security Maintenance Agency of the Indonesian National Police (Baharkam Polri).
Facilities management shapes how people experience the built environment every day. This World FM Day, let’s continue creating workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and included.
