Evolve 2026 brought together colleagues from across India to align on priorities, strengthen operational discipline, and set a clear direction for the year ahead. Nearly 300 colleagues participated, reflecting the scale of our operations and the collective commitment to continuous improvement.
Recognising the Progress Made in 2025
Teams across India delivered consistently for customers throughout 2025, particularly in environments where reliability and precision are essential. This progress was achieved through:

Shared Priorities for 2026
The sessions at Evolve 2026 outlined the key areas of focus for the year. These include improving standardisation across regions, strengthening frontline performance, and embedding best practice in daily operations. The emphasis remains on delivering safe, consistent, and reliable services for customers.
We were joined in person by members of the APAC & ME Leadership Team, Roland Salameh, Ryme Dembri, Jun Sochi, and Anand Jajoo. Their participation reinforced India’s importance within the regional strategy and highlighted opportunities for further growth and capability development.
Perspective From the Customer Side
We were also pleased to hear from Namit Kapoor, who shared external insights on the changing facility management landscape in India. His perspective provided helpful context on customer expectations and the importance of operational reliability in high‑demand environments.
