OCS Indonesia was pleased to have welcomed the leadership team from OCS Group and Regional APAC & ME to Jakarta this week.
Over the two-day visit, we had the honour of hosting our Group ExCom led by Group CEO, Rob Legge and Regional Asia Pacific & Middle East ExCom led by CEO Roland Salameh. Their time here was a real chance to connect more closely with our Indonesian colleagues. They also can get a feel for how the market is evolving, talk through shared goals, and explore how we can grow, improve, and innovate further—particularly through technology and more sustainable ways of working.
During this visit, our Board of Directors, Managing Director Yohanes Jeffry Johary, CFO Andi Saputra, CXO Erwin Bernhard, COO Ricardo Purba, Segments Director Aries Indrayadi, HR Director Meindi Firmansyah, and Commercial Excellence Director Nina Arsih, guided them through key aspects of our operations in Indonesia. Together, they discussed how the country’s unique economic landscape, workforce potential, operational strengths, and how technology innovation enabled progress, and how sustainability, as both a way of working and a strategic focus, contributed to our overall business performance. From finance and operational excellence to talent development and commercial strategies, the visit provided a comprehensive view of our market and the exciting opportunities ahead.
Highlights of the visit included an engaging roundtable discussion on Indonesia’s political and economic outlook, an in-depth look at how our business runs on the ground, customer engagement, and a heartwarming celebration of the achievements of some of our most inspiring colleagues in embodying the OCS TRUE values. It was an enriching experience that strengthened connections across our global teams and deepened the shared understanding of our vision and mission, by making people and places the best they can be.
