We’re still abuzz with the recent celebration of our OCS Indonesia colleagues in TRUE Champion & MD Awards 2024. They demonstrated resilience, compassion, innovation, and commitment, living and breathing our OCS TRUE values every day.
At Ceremony of The Annual TRUE Champion & MD Awards 2024, themed “Beyond Excellence, Towards Impact” held last week in Jakarta, we were joined by the OCS Group and Regional APAC & ME leadership team to honour these everyday heroes. The recognition goes beyond achievements, as it celebrates the human spirit that drives long-term value, purpose, and sustainable solutions for our customers.
Meet our TRUE Champion Winners:
- Aditya Julian Sembada: Led his team to clear drains near the Citarum River, preventing pollution from entering the waterway.
- Abdul Rohman: Uplifted customer experience by warmly assisting shoppers and supporting his team with a positive attitude.
- Wisnu Diwangga Putra: Started office waste sorting at a healthcare site, inspiring his team to follow and reducing clutter.
- Egi Agustian: Mobilised his team to clean and maintain a neglected mosque, creating a more inviting space for the community.
- Endri Sulistyo: Helped parents with car troubles at a school by keeping a jumper kit ready, going beyond his security duties.
- Thomas Saputra: Created a sustainable catfish farm from old barrels, showcasing smart waste reuse.
- Azi Fatno: Cleared a nearby river to prevent flooding, showing initiative and care for the local environment.
- Salman Alfarisi: Switched to digital reporting at a manufacturing site, cutting paper waste and boosting efficiency.
- Saepul Anwar: Repurposed used water gallons into colourful plant pots, promoting greenery and reducing plastic waste.
- Andi Suryadi: Turned food scraps and bottles into compost and planters, creatively reducing waste.
And here are our MD Award Winners:
- Erik Toni: Recognised as Best Employee by our customer for his work performance, attention to detail, and warm attitude.
- Juli Setiawan: Launched an aquaponic project using recycled AC water and catfish to grow water spinach.
- Harun Affan: Quickly extinguished a fire at a renovation site, preventing major damage with prompt action.
