OCS Indonesia Received Two Honours at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026

Stronger services depend on capable people and systems that help them perform.

That principle connects the two OCS Indonesia initiatives recognised at 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 2026, presented by 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

🏆 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 – 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 for Regenerative Facility Management.

🏆 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 – 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, for VOCIFY.

Regenerative FM connects how services are delivered. VOCIFY develops the people who deliver them.

For customers, building reliability, workforce capability, governance, and environmental performance are closely connected. An engineering decision affects energy consumption and operational continuity. Procurement decisions influence employment practices. Training shapes service quality and how effectively new technology is used.

Regenerative Facility Management brings these relationships into one operating model across six areas: workforce, workplace, governance, operations, environment, and community. Engineering, security and environmental services work alongside workforce development and governance to support customers’ operational priorities.

Our Compliance by Design approach makes ethical practices, procurement controls, and digital transparency part of everyday delivery. The aim is to make responsible practice consistent across sites and teams.

VOCIFY applies the same discipline to workforce development. It connects vocational education with employment, practical experience, professional recognition, and career progression. Apprenticeships, coaching, and competency assessments help colleagues apply what they learn, while Green Skills connect daily work with resource efficiency and environmental responsibility.

At Goodyear Indonesia, colleagues have committed to two-hour learning sessions after their working day. Their participation demonstrates the effort people are prepared to invest in their futures when learning is accessible and relevant to their work. Our responsibility is to help translate that effort into recognised capability and opportunities to progress.

We thank our customers and partners, including Goodyear Indonesia, the Association of Business Executives, Institute of the Motor Industry, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK Department for Business and Trade, British Embassy Jakarta, British Chamber of Commerce, IFMA, CastleAsia, and the wider professional and TVET community.

Above all, we thank our colleagues across Indonesia, whose daily work turns these approaches into services customers can depend on.

These awards recognise work developed in Indonesia. The continuing test is how well we apply it: improving customer outcomes, strengthening workforce capability, and widening access to opportunity.
