OCS Indonesia recently attended the Special Olympics Indonesia Appreciation Night, an evening supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities as they prepare for PESONAS in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara and the Special Olympics World Games Santiago 2027.
Beyond the fundraising, the evening highlighted the stories of the athletes, their families and the communities supporting them. It was a reminder that creating opportunities is a shared effort.
“The future of inclusion will not be determined by how many doors organisations open. It will be determined by how many workplaces are truly ready when someone chooses to walk through them.”
Yohanes Jeffry Johari
Managing Director at OCS Indonesia
That reflection resonates with us as we continue building the foundations of a workplace where more people can contribute, grow and succeed.
Thank you to Special Olympics Indonesia, Lions Clubs International Foundation and everyone who made the evening possible. We’re honoured to be part of a community committed to creating more opportunities for everyone.
