A shared commitment to developing workforce capability took another step forward on 25 June as we began the next phase of the VOCIFY Green Apprenticeship Programme at The Sanur Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Bali.
Delivered in collaboration with an international vocational institution from the UK, VOCIFY combines workplace learning with internationally recognised vocational qualifications to strengthen OCS Indonesia colleagues’ capability, confidence, and future career opportunities.
The programme builds on successful pilot projects delivered in 2025 with our customers in the logistics and automotive manufacturing sectors, where participating colleagues worked towards ABE, CILT and IMI certifications.
Following the new batch of the programme kick-off, 28 of our colleagues have now begun their learning journey. From July 2026 to July 2027, they will work towards a hospitality qualification for their first annual certificates from ABE and NCFE, while gaining practical industry experience at Sanur SEZ.
We thank everyone involved, and our partners for their trust and support in bringing this programme to life, especially Sanur SEZ, PT Hotel Internasional Sanur Indonesia (HISI), National Council for SEZ (Denas KEK), UK Department for Business and Trade, NCFE and BritCham Indonesia. Together, we’re creating more opportunities for people to learn, grow, and build rewarding careers through vocational education and industry partnerships.
