Aeta Mag Antsi Tribe Members Join OCS: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

We are thrilled to announce the addition of a remarkable group of newly recruited housekeeping personnel from the Aeta Mag Antsi Tribe to our team. Residing in Kalangitan, Tarlac City, Philippines, the Aeta Mag Antsi, also known as Mag-Anchi, are an indigenous group with a rich cultural heritage and a population of over 100 individuals. They speak the Antsi language, which is part of the Sambalic language family.

A Testament to Learning and Belief

This significant achievement by these 11 individuals is a testament to the power of learning and the belief that nothing is impossible to achieve. Their journey from their community to joining our team is not just a personal triumph but a beacon of hope and inspiration for their people and other indigenous tribes across the Philippines.

Cultural Knowledge and Perseverance

These new team members bring with them a wealth of cultural knowledge and a spirit of perseverance. Their success serves as a powerful reminder that with determination and support, individuals from all backgrounds can achieve their goals. They are now role models, not only for their own community but also for other indigenous groups striving for progress and recognition.

Embracing Diversity and Inclusion

We are proud to have them as part of our team and look forward to the positive impact they will undoubtedly make. Their story is a shining example of how diversity and inclusion can enrich our workplace and inspire us all to reach for greater heights.

Let’s celebrate this milestone and continue to support and uplift each other, knowing that together, we can achieve anything.
