Our Hard Services team provide solutions in two key areas:
Maintenance: This includes Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and Minor Works. PPM involves routine checks and servicing to prevent issues. Reactive Maintenance deals with fixing problems as they occur. Minor Works cover small-scale tasks like painting or simple repairs.
Capital Projects: These are larger-scale projects involving construction or significant refurbishments. We focus on transforming and upgrading facilities to meet current and future needs.

Planned, reactive maintenance and minor works delivered
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): This involves regularly scheduled checks and servicing of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns before they happen. A planned and proactive approach to maintenance is the best way of keeping everything operating efficiently and reducing the likelihood of unexpected failures.
Reactive Maintenance: This type of maintenance is about responding to issues after they occur, quickly and efficiently. If a piece of equipment fails or a system breaks down, reactive maintenance is diagnosing and fixing the problem. It’s about quick response and effective repair to minimise downtime and restore functionality as soon as possible.
Minor Works: Minor project works that are generally less complex and can be completed quickly. They include a broad spectrum of activities such as lighting upgrades, boiler replacements, air conditioning installations and small fit out works. Minor works are essential for keeping the facility functioning correctly but can sometimes grow in size, scope and complexity – and when they do, our Capital Projects team are ready.
