The customer is a large international education campus in Singapore, supporting a combined population of over 3,700 pupils and academic staff. The site includes teaching spaces, washrooms, sports facilities, landscaped outdoor areas and shared community zones. All areas require a coordinated integrated facilities services approach to support safety, hygiene and daily operational continuity.
The Challenge
Education environments operate to fixed schedules while managing high footfall, shared facilities and active outdoor spaces. The campus required an integrated facilities services partner capable of managing cleaning, pest control, landscaping and waste management as a single coordinated operation, without disrupting learning activities.
Maintaining hygiene standards, controlling pests discreetly, managing waste effectively and keeping outdoor areas safe and presentable were all critical to supporting a positive learning environment.
