Since 2011, OCS, formerly FES FM and Support Services (“OCS”) has proudly delivered hard facilities management services to over 2,500 Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) properties across the Western Isles. This seven-year contract began a close and collaborative relationship built on shared commitment to quality, community impact and long-term value.
