Val started her HR career in the facilities management industry some 30 years ago when working at Rentokil Initial and has come full circle, moving to OCS in 2023.
Her career achievements include large-scale HR transformation programmes and the implementation of global HR Information Systems across eight regions in over 80 countries. She also established Shared Service Centres in Dubai, Texas, and Glasgow.
She has led the integration of acquisitions in the UK, Europe and the US, created and implemented talent management strategies.
Val’s ambition for OCS is to create an environment where each of our colleagues feels valued and heard, developed and empowered to thrive in their role.
Outside her professional career, Val enjoys Shotokan Karate and spending time with her family.
