With effect from 3 July 2026, OCS Group ceased to hold any ownership interest in PCS Cambodia. PCS Cambodia is now independently owned and operated and is no longer affiliated with OCS Group.
OCS continues to operate in Cambodia through OCS Cambodia. Our contracts, our teams and our commitment to this market are unchanged. Customers of OCS Cambodia are not affected in any way.
Use of the PCS brand
Under arrangements agreed as part of the transaction, PCS Cambodia may continue to use the PCS brand during a limited transition period following 3 July 2026. However, the continued use of the PCS brand does not indicate any ownership, affiliation or business relationship between PCS Cambodia and OCS Group.
