OCS Philippines Launches Digital Contract Management System (CCMS)

OCS Philippines officially launched its Customer Contract Management System (CCMS) on 25 June, marking a key milestone in its digital transformation journey.

The organisation now moves from manual and paper-based processes to a fully digital contract lifecycle management platform. Teams can now manage drafting, review, approval, execution, and storage through a streamlined, transparent, and efficient system.

This initiative reinforces OCS Philippines’ commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer-focused service delivery.

Moving from Manual Processes to Digital Contract Management

Contract management plays a critical role in supporting operations, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring compliance. With CCMS in place, OCS Philippines now manages contracts through a more structured and technology-driven approach.

The system reduces reliance on manual processes and paper documentation. Teams now complete tasks faster, track contract progress more clearly, and maintain stronger compliance with fewer errors.

By centralising the contract lifecycle, CCMS allows teams to coordinate better, monitor progress in real time, and manage documentation efficiently from start to finish.

Strengthening Customer Experience Through Digitalisation

CCMS delivers clear and measurable benefits for customers.

A fully digital workflow accelerates contract processing and removes delays caused by manual reviews and approvals. This allows teams to respond faster, especially for time-sensitive requirements.

Standardised templates and structured workflows improve the accuracy and consistency of contracts. Teams produce clear, complete, and professional documentation at every stage.

Customers also gain better visibility across the process. They experience fewer follow-ups, clearer timelines, and more predictable outcomes.

Centralised digital storage makes contracts easier to access when needed. This improves document control and supports audit readiness.

Digitalisation not only improves efficiency but also strengthens reliability and trust, reinforcing OCS Philippines’ role as a dependable facilities management partner.

Adopting Best Practices Across the OCS Group

OCS Indonesia originally developed the CCMS platform. OCS Philippines adopted and localised the system to meet the needs of the Philippine market.

This initiative highlights the strength of collaboration within the OCS Group. Teams share proven best practices across markets and adapt them to local operations while staying aligned with TRUE Values.

Teams across countries worked together to achieve a common goal of improving how OCS delivers value to its customers. This reflects unity and collaboration in action.

Collaboration Behind the Rollout

Phil Carter and Andi Saputra spearheaded the initiative, while the OCS Philippines Legal Team led the rollout locally, including Atty. Kris Guanzon and Atty. Franzel Reanshield Alafriz.

Teams from OCS Indonesia across Legal, IT, and Finance worked closely with the Philippine team and provided guidance, expertise, and technical support. Their collaboration ensured the system aligned with both operational and local requirements.

The team completed key milestones within schedule:

  • User Acceptance Testing from 22 to 23 June
  • Training on 24 June
  • Official go-live on 25 June

A Note of Appreciation to OCS Indonesia

OCS Philippines extends its sincere gratitude to the OCS Indonesia team for their continued guidance, expertise, and support throughout the process.

From sharing the original system and best practices to supporting localisation and implementation, their partnership helped bring CCMS to life in the Philippines. This collaboration demonstrates the value of working as one OCS Group, where knowledge, experience, and innovation are shared to help each market grow stronger.

Building a More Agile and Future-Ready Organisation

CCMS represents more than a system launch. It strengthens how OCS Philippines operates and prepares the organisation for future growth.

By digitalising contract management, the company improves efficiency, strengthens compliance, enhances customer experience, and enables better collaboration across teams.

This milestone shows how innovation, unity, and shared expertise continue to move OCS Philippines forward.

It is a shared effort, and that is what makes it work.
