The shortlist of 10 outstanding receptionists was meticulously curated by a distinguished panel of judges representing prominent organisations in the corporate sector. These esteemed judges included representatives from Amplify, On-Verve, Rapport Guest Services, and Riverstone. Additionally, senior executives from the competition’s partners—Moneypenny, Proinsight, Search, and Vpod—contributed their expertise to the selection process.

Joining this esteemed panel were Judita Poceviciute and Shannon Sullivan, previous winners of the Corporate Receptionist of the Year award in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Their firsthand experience and industry insights played a crucial role in identifying the most exceptional talent.
The panel’s deliberations were overseen by Derek Williams, Founder of the WOW! Awards, renowned for recognising excellence in customer service across various sectors. Williams ensured that the evaluation process adhered to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
