LGBT+ in FM is a network dedicated to promoting fairness, inclusion and respect for LGBT+ individuals working within the facilities management industry. Founded in 2016, the network aims to increase the attractiveness and inclusivity of the sector, as well as providing support for the LGBT+ community in the UK and Ireland. They champion LGBT+ inclusiveness, improve understanding of the LGBT+ community within the industry and support their members to thrive and grow.
