100% electric or hybrid vehicles in our UK fleet by 2034
100% renewable electricity for all UK offices by 2025

    Environmental Leadership: On track for Net Zero by 2040

    We’re cutting emissions across our operations, supply chain and fleet, with a commitment to reach net zero across Scopes 1–3 in the UK and Ireland by 2040. We’re transitioning to electric vehicles, using 100% renewable electricity in offices by 2025, and eliminating waste to landfill on OCS-operated sites.

    Social Impact: Creating Opportunity and Driving Change

    We’re committed to supporting social mobility through apprenticeships, employability programmes, and local partnerships. Our targets include maintaining an active apprenticeship programme with over 1,000 apprentices year-on-year, and creating 300 job starts annually through our People into Work programme.
