As a people-centric business, we prioritise inclusivity and value diversity in driving positive change within OCS and the facilities management industry. Launched in 2020, our colleague-led platform, CHROMA, empowers our workforce to actively contribute to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda.

Winner of the IWFM Diversity Initiative Award 2021, CHROMA is made up of three separate networks: Physical and Mental Health; Race, Ethnicity and Faith; and LGBTQ+ and Gender. CHROMA is open to all our colleagues who are passionate about driving change, the committees and wider ally networks work together to champion and promote inclusiveness.

Each CHROMA network is supported by our UK & Ireland Board Sponsors, ensuring all colleagues are represented, heard and promoted. By doing so, we hope CHROMA will make an impact on our colleagues by spearheading positive change.

We also provide support for our neurodiverse colleagues.
