In partnership with Zippin, OCS, formerly known as FES and FM Support Services, delivered Scotland’s first Frictionless Smart Retail store at the headquarters of a global financial services company in Edinburgh. Designed to serve 1,300 employees, the store removes the barriers of traditional shopping, creating a seamless, checkout-free experience. This project demonstrates how innovative technology reshapes the retail landscape, drives efficiency and enhances customer convenience.
