The globally recognised hidden disabilities Sunflower Lanyard Scheme was originally innovated and launched by OCS.

In partnership with our customer at Gatwick Airport, the OCS transportation team spent over five years pioneering the Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyard Scheme. This initiative provides crucial assistance to those needing extra help with public and commercial transport.

Now recognised globally and helping thousands of passengers daily, the scheme is a shining example of our mission: to make people and places the best they can be.

Since launching the People Into Work blueprint, OCS has empowered 200 people into sustainable employment.

Our People Into Work scheme has delivered over £9m in social value!

Doing business the right way is a responsibility that we take very seriously. Providing opportunities for people to gain sustainable employment and career progression is central to this belief. Since developing the People Into Work programme, OCS has provided employment opportunities with an estimated social value impact of over £9m, helping 292 people into sustainable employment.
