Soft vs Hard Services: What’s the Difference?

In facilities management, services fall into two categories: Soft and Hard.Soft

Services are people-focused tasks like cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping. These are the services you notice daily. While Hard Services are the behind-the-scenes heroes, maintaining systems like heating, plumbing, and electrical to keep the building safe and functional.

We deliver both hard and soft services as part of a total FM (TFM) package or as a single service solution.
