New Futures Network connects prisons with employers to help businesses fill job vacancies and assist prison leavers in finding employment. As part of HM Prison and Probation Service, they work with businesses across various industries in England and Wales. They address business needs, help prisoners and prison leavers realise their potential, and guide employers through the recruitment process. New Futures Network also collaborates with charities and other partners to support prisoners and prison leavers before and after release.
