Social Bite is a charity and social business committed to ending homelessness. They provide homes, jobs, food, and support to help people transform their lives. Founded in Edinburgh in 2012, they employ individuals with backgrounds of homelessness and operate a “Pay it Forward” system in their coffee shops. Social Bite is one of the UK’s largest free food providers, distributing over 800,000 food packs during the pandemic. They also organise fundraising events like Sleep in the Park and have built the Social Bite Village to support those in need.
