While acquisitions are an important part of our growth strategy, we remain deeply committed to organic growth and developing our people. Rob highlights one of our key goals for 2025: “We’re aiming to offer 1,000 apprenticeships this year. It’s all about nurturing talent within the sector and giving people, especially in regions like Scotland, the opportunity to grow.” This focus on talent development reflects our dedication to creating a skilled, diverse workforce and providing meaningful career opportunities.
